You can keep your teeth and gums healthy by brushing regularly, flossing, and visiting our Calgary clinic for regular hygiene appointments. We recommend hygiene appointments every 6 months for most clients, but more frequently for those with unhealthy gums (gum disease).<\/p>\n

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is one of the most complex and frequently used joints in the body. The TMJ allows your bottom jaw to move, so every time you talk, chew or swallow you are using the TMJs on either side of your head.<\/p>\n

The TMJ affects many aspects of your body, particularly the musculoskeletal system.<\/p>\n
